Church Outreach Manager:
Part Time 10hrs/week
Description:
The Church Outreach Manager will be responsible for liaising with churches in London via email and telephone correspondence. The aim is to inform churches around London about the values and mission of Church vs Church Sporting and Events Organisation, as well as our fundraising endeavours to raise money to host the next instalment of Church vs Church in August 2025.
You will:
- Research churches in London, creating an Excel Spreadsheet with all the churches, their addresses (all categorised so that all churches in one area are grouped together) telephone contacts and email address, and church leadership (pastors, reverends, vicars etc).
- Draft emails and letters where appropriate, to send to churches in London informing them of all that Church vs Church has to offer.
- Respond to calls and emails from churches around London, keeping them updated with all new information from Church vs Church Sporting and Events Org.
- Create weekly broadcast marketing emails to send to churches and individuals that sign up to be on our mailing list.
- Liaise with KC Bassey and Nicolas Yeboah keeping them informed of all activity.
- Offering churches the option of having KC Bassey and Nicolas Yeboah coming to church to present Church vs Church to them.

Social Media Manager:
Part Time 10hrs/week
Description:
The Social Media Manager will be in charge of keeping our social media handle active, and engaging. You will post regular content, engaging with users and Christian content creators to keep the Instagram handle constantly active and engaging. You will employ known methods of increasing user interactions such as using viral sounds and viral hook methods to keep users participating, engaged and interested in our vision and mission.
You will:
- Post at least 3 times weekly
- Scour Instagram for 'repostable' content including short sermons, cool football edits, Christian footballers and athletes speaking about Jesus specifically and Bible trivia games.
- Create, edit and post original content using editing software, not limited to the Adobe Suite.
- Engage the public by filming fun Bible Trivia interviews.
- Keep Church vs Church well presented online through polite communication and only liking, commenting under, and sharing content that represents the morals and values of the Church vs Church Sporting and Events Organisation.
